Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation message from SoonStays.

Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID. Accepted IDs include:

• Aadhaar Card
• Passport
• Voter ID
• Driving License
• PAN Card is not accepted as valid ID proof. Hotels may follow additional local regulations.

Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation message from SoonStays.

You can check your booking details by:

• Logging into your SoonStays account and opening “My Bookings”

Standard timings are generally:

• Check-in: 12:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Timings may vary depending on the hotel. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

You can cancel your reservation by

• Using the “My Bookings” section (if available)
• Cancellation eligibility depends on the selected booking plan.

General cancellation rules may include:

• More than 24 hours before check-in: Free cancellation (if applicable plan selected)
• Within 24 hours of check-in: One night charge may apply
• Refunds, when approved, are usually processed within 5–10 working days.

If you do not cancel your booking and fail to check in, it will be considered a No-Show, and the full booking amount may be charged as per policy.

You can update your profile details by logging into your SoonStays account and editing your profile information.

Most partner hotels provide cupboards or storage space for luggage. Locker availability may vary by property.
