• Does not control day-to-day hotel operations
• Acts as a facilitator for booking and payment processing.

3.Eligibility

You must:

• Be legally capable of entering a binding agreement

• Accounts created with false details may be suspended without notice

4.User Account & Security

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining login confidentiality
• All activities conducted through their account
• Ensuring lawful use of the Platform
• SoonStays shall not be liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

5.Booking Terms

A reservation is confirmed only after payment success and confirmation issued by SoonStays.

Prices are dynamic and subject to change until booking completion.

Extra charges (taxes, meals, minibar, damages, or services) may be payable directly to the hotel.

6.Hotel Policies & Check-In Rules

Guests must comply with partner hotel policies, including:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Mandatory valid government photo ID.
• Admission rights remain with the hotel partner.
• Some properties may restrict local guests or require additional verification.
• SoonStays is not responsible for check-in denial arising from hotel-specific rules.

7. ⁠User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Interfere with Platform security.
• Scrape data or use automated tools
• Impersonate others or provide false identity.
• Upload harmful or misleading content.

8. ⁠Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, and content on SoonStays are owned by ADH Hospitality Pvt Ltd or its licensors.

Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. ⁠Communications Consent

By using SoonStays, you consent to receive:

• Booking confirmations

• service updates via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone
• You may opt out of marketing messages where applicable.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. SoonStays does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service

• Hotel service quality
• Any reliance on platform content is at your own risk

11. ⁠Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• SoonStays shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Liability, if any, shall be limited to the booking amount paid through the Platform.
• SoonStays is not responsible for incidents, losses, or disputes occurring at partner properties.

12. Cancellation & Refund

All cancellations and refunds are governed by the SoonStays Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Required by law enforcement

14.Indemnification
